If for any reason you find that the Pictar product does not work for you we will accept Pictar product returns 60 Days from ship date. We only accept returns for products purchased on www.pictarworld.com. We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for Pictar products purchased elsewhere. Pictar does not refund the original shipping costs on returned orders. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges or insurance costs. Please return the item to us in its original condition with the original product packaging. We recommend to return the product for refund using a traceable method of shipping.

Upon receipt of your return, our warehouse will inspect the condition of your product. A credit will be processed within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the product at our warehouse. It can only be in the form of a refund to the original credit card used to make the purchase via Paypal.
